Production Overview

Paper machine guide rolls are divided into two types: blanket roll and net roll. Application parts include pressing, drying,curling, rewinding and other parts. Felt ducts, mesh guide rollers, paper guide rollers, chrome-plated rollers, etc. are all over the front and back of the paper machine. The guide roller guides and drives the wire mesh and felt in the wet end and drying section of the paper machine. The guide rollers in the two areas use the same bearings. However, different lubrication and sealing are used depending on the application location. In old paper machines, the wet end section is usually lubricated with grease, and
the dry section is lubricated with oil. In modern paper machines, both sections are lubricated by oil circulation. Due to different working conditions, the wet end and the dry section need to use their own oil circulation lubrication. It is often seen that the larger the machine, the faster the speed. For this reason, the inner ring of the bearing is directly installed on the tapered roll neck with a tapered hole. 1. Wet end section Bearings are affected to different degrees by temperature at different positions of the paper machine. Especially when the paper machine is undergoing high-pressure cleaning, it must be ensured that
water cannot enter the bearing housing. 2. Drying section The ambient temperature is about 95°C, which will cause a large length change, so the lubrication requirements are high. The bearing working temperature can reach 115u2103.
