The vacuum forming process is heatted the plastic sheet and vacuum formed to the sharp based on aluminum molds.After cooling,need to be trimmed and engraving or drilling by CNC machine.The design should be hollow.The mold charge is cheap and required low MOQ.The vacuum froming is wide choosed by customer for new developed products.
