we are a manufacturer of Electric power grease gun, it is a good tools to replacing pistol-grip grease gun.and it is a good sales promotion product too.

I often discuss the grease gun together with the driver of excavator grabs,they like our grease gun very much,but they suggested that we can remove the batteries. Because it is possible the battery is exhuasted when the grease gun is working, they like to use two crocodile clips which are jointed the poles of storage battery. the storage battery can supply 12V or 24V power to the grease gun.

There is one storage battery in the excavator grab and truck and tractor etc. it is a good idea that using the storage battery to drive the grease gun.it avoids to charge the NI-Cd battery, the storage battery in the excavator grab and truck can supply enough power.I think most of drivers will like it.

Our present model (electric power grease gun) is a second stage patent product. It is widely used in equipments lubricating.

The new second stage product has many advantages different from the other grease gun. It is as followed:

1st, New plunger actuated design. The Lincoln use slide block, hence itu2019s easy to be locked by the oriented slot.

2nd, New resettable fuse add-on for battery and motor protection. When the oil route is blocked, Electric current will be huge and burn the battery and motor. A resettable fuse will cut the electric route when it happens and switch back on when current back to normal. Therefore it can.

3rd, New Anti-jamming circuit. This unit passed the EMC test, and help to minimize the electromagnetism interfere.

4th, New grease release valve. Because we find the Lincoln grease gun can't work when there are some air pockets near the plunger. We design the new release grease valve, it can solve the question.

5th, Self-locking button. To prevent the device accidently switch on during transportation or by child and cause dangerous.

6th, An addition warm blanket with 12V cigarette plug adapter recharger for winter use, if your grease become stiff due to low temperature. This unit can warm up and soften the grease.
