1.Materials will be "one dividing into three parts", namely "coarse powder (d > 150 um), middle-coarse powder (60 um < d < 150 um), fine powder".Primary powder selecting will separate coarse particle in mixed powder,secondary accurately powder choosing will be finished in the annular space formed between the guide vane and the vertical rotor cage,so the classification accuracy is very high,and separation efficiency will be higher.

3.The grading principle is advanced.Combined with a variety of powder selecting principle, using the aircraft aerodynamic analysis method to optimize the design of the impulse precipitator and the three-cylinder dryer flow field,reducing the resistance of equipment,with obvious energy-saving and cost-reducing.There's eddy rectifier with obtained national patent equipped in the classifier rotor,the airflow inside the rotor rise only relative to the rotor without rotation,using the airflow into the turn then because of the action of momentum reduced the driving force of rotor,save the driving power, reduce the abrasion.Material through twice powder selecting,classification accuracy becoming higher and more refine.

4.Classifier spindle adopts stepless speed.Fineness adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjusting range is wide.

5.Re-optimize the design of powder selecting area,improve the space area,make full use of body space to increase the ratio between material and gas,improve the efficiency of separating rate.

6.Perishable and wear-resistant parts of classifier,such as material scatter,cyclone cone snail horn,guide vane and rotor grading vane adopt wear-resistant materials or process anti-wear technology,the wear rate is extremely low.Using new manganese plate as lining, prolong its service life effectively.

7.Seal of the lower bearing of principle axis adopts new design scheme,it can solve the dust inlet of bearing and oil leak of lubricating oil,these two important problem effectively,prolong the service life of bearing.

8.The design of classifier foundation using the principle of mechanical anti-vibration,the resonance frequency of powder concentrator and foundation is keep away from the inherent frequency of powder concentrator and foundation, it solved the vibration problem of powder concentrator radically that plagued the user for a long time.

9.Coarse powder pipe, medium powder pipe and cyclone adopts double interlocking wind valve, greatly reduces the system leakage rate and overcomes the defect of large dust in the operation of powder separator.
