Description:



1.The new down and feather filling machine QL002-MG has been developed according to our clientsu2019 requirement about the higher production capacity.

2.It can be used for filling pillows, comforters and jackets and the material can be the regular standard of down and feather.

3.The whole line is controlled by Siemens PCL control system that can be handled by only 1 operator.

4.There are 2 sections inside the raw material storage to keep the material and feed to the next program evenly by the necessary quantity that needed in the evening device by a laser sensor.

5.The whole process is adjusted by vacuum system, so that cut down the high pressure and keep a clean working shop.

6.The developed down and feather filling machine can be handled for both pillow and comforter with a changeable vacuum filling device.

7.One weighing process can be finished within 20 to 30 second.
