YL-405 Precision laminating and slitting machine

This machine is suitable for the lamination, slitter and rewinder of all electrical tape, and many function in adhesive, slitting and rewinding. Applicable for PVC film, PE film, Anti-static film, paper, and self-adhesive label. Adopted with air pressure drive and pressure roller so as to assure regular arrangement and no foam. Can add the devices according customer's request.

1.High accuration with the automatic ultrasonic correction when loading and unloading the mother roll.

2. Magnetic device to control the tension of machine, ensure the quality of the products.

3.Upon and down round blade slitting with worm adjustable system. The minimum slitting width can reach to 25mm.

4.The speed of the machine is 0-80m/min. No limited with inverter control the speed.

5.Account the meter automatic. The machine will be stopped when reach the setting length automaticly.

6. The centrifugal fan blowing the edge scrap automatcly.
