FSJ Series Hammer Mill for Sale

Hammer mill is made up of loading sliding plate, crushing chamber, transporter, etc. There's rotor in crushing chamber, rotor consists of disc and mobile hammer. Sieve and toothed plate are the main working parts of pulverizer too. When the hammer mill is working, the processed material coming into the crushing chamber from the loading sliding plate, suffer the repeated impact and friction by the high speed rotating hammer, as well as the crash on the toothed plate, then the processed material gradually grinded to the needed particle, finally, it will leak through the sieve pore. The dripped material transported to cluster cylinder through conveying fan and transporting pipe, then it will be separated again within the cluster cylinder, powder will be discharged from the below bag, air will be exhausted from above.

It can be used as a multifunctional crusher, the equipment is equipped with dust suction device, there's no powder pollution. Possessing the feature of low temperature, low noise, high efficiency, etc.
