VCI Plastic Anticorrosion tablet

General:

Rustoper (corrosion terminator) VCI tablet is a new development and breakthrough in the VCI anti-rust application field, which is mixed with good compound Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor and macro-molecule polymers.

It is the new VCI anti-rust product produced by scientific formula and special technological process.

VCI tablet could sublimate and diffuse to adhere to the metal surface and form a single molecule thick protection film layer in a sealed space through itself constant volatilization of VCI corrosion inhibition factors . This not only prevents atmospheric corrosion factors in direct contact with the metal surface but also stopping the  displacement movement of electron flow in different energy area, so as to effectively avoid the generating of rust.

Applicable metals:

The VCI tablet is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their products.

How to use:

1. Before using this product, the protection space and metal surface should be clean and dry without impurities and rust.
2. Put the VCI tablet in the container packing metals, such as cardboard boxes, plastic bags, plastic boxes, wooden or metal containers etc., then confine the spaces. And the distance between the VCI tablet and the protected metal should not exceed 30 cm, each piece could protect 2.25 litres of confined space. According to the degree of packing seal and storage environment, the rust-proof period could be up to 24 months. In the bad conditions, the dosage should be appropriately increased.

Custody and Storage:

With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
