1.Transparent Nylon Vacuum Bag is laminated with two layers-PE and Nylon.
2.It is applied for vacuum packing of precise components, like PCB etc. This bag is better in puncture strength and tensile strength than extrusion PE bag.
3.It is also used in packing food, chemical powder or others. Transparent color is convenient to identify inside items.
4.Our standard thickness has 0.08mm, 0.11mm, 0.14mm and 0.2mm. We have our own lamination machine so we can customize different thickness in the case of certain quantity.
5.In forbidden substance control, we submit our products to SGS Corporation for testing regularly. Some HDD industry requires clear PE bag without containing below items, silicones, lubricants, anti-static chemicals, amines, and plasticizers (such as dioctylphthalate) etc. We can make it but we need certain MOQ for different bag sizes.
