LFT (long fiber reinforced thermoplastic) includes GMT, LFT-G and LFT-D.Our vehicle battery tray is thermoplastic product made by LFT, it can be designed to plenty specification for different requirements. Due to its original material ,it can reduce the weight, decrease cost, improve NVH performance.

1. Lightweight --- high specific strength and specific modulus, can significantly reduce the product weight. Density can be controlled within 1.15-1.53g/m3,it will reduce weight about 30% to 75% if use for auto parts.

2. Easy to design --- The good liquidity of LFT raw material is good for forming a large complex parts, it can decrease the process and quantity of parts. It can focus on bending stiffness (bus floor), flexible flame retardant (interior panel), impact resistance and high tensile strength (bottom panel) according to different requirement.

4. Green --- LFT auto parts non-toxic, odor-free, can be recycled many times;

5. Anti corrosion --- LFT is thermoplastic, water proof 100%, it will not go moldy ,with significant acid, alkali , salt resistance and most organic solvents resistance.
