3. When using circulating water tank should be offent to added the cooling water and replace the circulating water, to lower the working temperature, to protect the circulating water have the particles sundry.

4, When equipments downtime, it should be shut off the steam valve, and stop the roots vacuum pump, open the emptying valve of vacuum tank ,to reduce the degree of vacuum. Then stop working. Otherwise to make it to suck-back andto damage equipment.
