DR18 Module power connectors,telecommunication Connectors

module power connectors is a special product for interface of module, completely replaceable with the same type products of ELCON. The advanced technology crown spring is used in these connectors to enable high dynamic contacting reliability. This product parts are plated with silver or golden, the plug is installed with pin, and the socket is installed with jack. The optional termination styles including pressure welding(Y), welding (H), and plate welding (PCB ). There three basic types provided for pins: postmate, standard, premate to satisfy the customers' different requirements and we could make it according to per customer's requirement.

The product adopts advanced technology Crown Spring as contacts, and used Beryllium which has high flexibility and high intensity, It's smooth contact side, and avoids damaging when insert and extract, in the meaning time ensures largest contact size, The advantages of this connector is low resistance ,small temperature rise. endurance of vibration and shock and high dynamic contact reliability.

Contact materials: Brass, Beryllium, and Gold-plated, Silver-plated on surface.

Housing materials: GE PBT 420SEO (Black)

Rated Current: Up to 35A per size #12 contact; Up to 5A per size #20 contact.

Available contacts: there two types of contacts to choose: Size #20u00d711 contacts, Size #12u00d77 contacts
