    Product Description
    High power factor digital voltage regulator includes single-phase voltage regulator and three-phase voltage regulator, as an AC voltage regulator, it adopts an integrated design combining two or more sets of digital power controllers and a load-matching transformer with two or more sets of output voltage grading taps and it realizes the waveform superimposition and continuous regulation of output voltage by the way of alternative phase shift & voltage regulation at the voltage grading taps of the primary side of the load-matching transformer. It has open-loop or various closed-loop control forms and multiple given control signal selections.

    The power factor and current harmonics of traditional SCR voltage regulators vary with the changes of the SCR's conducting angle, the output voltage waveform is waveform with unfilled corners, the power factor is low and the current harmonics are big. After the waveform superimposition technique is adopted on two or more sets of output voltages, a full non-sinusoidal waveform of output voltage magnitude can be realized, according to the power demand curve of the actual load, it can not only meet the high power demand during rapid temperature rise but also can meet the low power demand at constant temperature, thus, with rational grading of matched-load voltage, it improves the power factor and lowers the current harmonics effectively and it can be widely used in the continuous regulation and control of single-phase or three-phase AC power of automatic temperature control systems such as various industrial heating and heat treatment system etc.

    1. It adopts cabinet-type integrated design.

    2. Constant voltage, constant current and constant power closed-loop control and open-loop control functions can be set freely.

    3. With high-precision AD conversion, the constant voltage, constant current and constant power precision is higher than 0.5percent and the system resolution ratio is higher than 0.1percent.

    4. It is equipped with a LED numeral display tube, which is convenient for setting various functional parameters and displaying electrical parameters.

    5. It has an automatic current-limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.

    6. It has phase-deficient, overcurrent, overheating, SCR fault, load disconnection or unbalance protection functions.

    7. Fault self-diagnosis function.

    8. Automatic phase-sequence confirmation function.

    9. It has soft start and soft turn-off functions.

    10. With RS485 communication interface and MODEBUS communication protocol, it can communicate with PLC and the host computer, which is convenient for remote monitoring.
