YJZWY4-56/77kV porcelain outdoor termination produced by Changlan mainly consists of conductor connector, stress cone, stress cone cap, porcelain bushing, wiping sleeve etc.. Stress cone is made from imported rubber after injection and molding. It is tightly pressed on the cone wall of the stress cone cap by the spring cone bracket, which separate the stress cone from insulation agent. This structure overcomes many disadvantages, such as elastic relaxation of stress cone because of material aging, bad contact between stress cone and cable outer semi-conductive layer etc., and have improved the service life of stress cone and termination. Porcelain sleeve is made of high strength porcelain, with big and small sheds structure, cone shape, good anti-pollution flashover characteristics, weather resistance, resistance to leakage marks, electrical corrosion and hydrophobic properties. Porcelain bushing is filled with insulation agent and sealed with imported sealing ring to enhance the insulation and sealing performance.

The method of neutral point ground: directly ground;

3.8 The waterproof seal between the upper and lower flanges of the product and the termination bushing and between the upper flange and the conductor connector is tight. The sealing performance report is detailed in the type test report, and the product has a screen cap;

3.9 All the metal parts are made of copper, aluminum alloy or stainless steel;

3.10 There is earth lug in wiping sleeve of termination. Wiping sleeve connects with metal sheath by welding copper braid tape or plumbing

3.11 The magnitude of interference between inner hole of stress cone and outer diameter of cable insulation is 2~5mm;

3.12 Sealing ring is “O” shape. Working temperature: –40°C ~100°C;
