jis and jcis product information:

Our quality is world class and all our parts are REACH / ROHS compliant. Micro size screws to JCIS or to drawing are offered from 0.6 mm to 2 mm diameters to the medium or large production user in a variety of thread forms and head shapes.

Type of Heads:

1 We supply to JIS B 1111, JIS B 1122 and JIS B 1188. In Phillips Drive. Please ask if you require any other drive.

2 Pan, Bind, Brazier, Csk, Truss, Hex

3 Ultra thin heads can also be offered = 0.5 - 0.6 mm thick. Nuts and washers to match.

1 We supply to JIS B 1111, JIS B 1122 and JIS B 1188.

We are able to manufacture any micro screwing to a customers drawing are offered in medium or large production batches. Two blow and Multi Die cold forming can be offered.
