Flexo Plate Making Machine with a Circulation Water Tank (HY450B)

Flexo plate making machine features an exposure with UV lamps and vacuum suction with cover sheet on a bard PVC board.

This series is equipped with a circulation water tank. The after-washed residude can be filtered from the water and the water can be reused again.

Washout section is completely made of stainless steel with flat brushes and evolving plate-holder. Brushes can be finely adjusted in height to work with different plate-thicknesses and water temperature can vary from 0 up to 45C.



Drying section has one drawer with hot air circulation by a heating blower temperature range from 0 C up to 95 C controlled with a thermostat, The central control panel monitors all the functions with electro-mechanical switches and timers.
