JIAPU Outside Mask Earloop Welding Machine

Function

The machine will be elastic mode ultrasonic weld on both outsides of the mask body, thus completing finished mask ear belt, only one operator will mask body with a sheet placed on the conveyor belt rule and the rest chosen by the completion of the follow-up action to the finished product machine automation.

1. Manuall mask body feeding device.

2. Then making of ear-loop to the blank face mask body automatically.

3. With high stability,PLC procedure control.

4. Total procedure including: Auto put the face mask body--weld the face mask ear band-finished face mask.
