Pelletizer blade is installed in pelletizer machine to prilling plastic particle. Pelletizer bladeconsists of stationary knife and prilling hob, generally for one stationary knife with one prilling hob. Prilling hob has solid and inlaid hob blade types.



Using materials of Rewinding blade:

Cr12MOv,W6Mo5Cr4v2,9crsi,Cr12MoV,SKD-11 etc.



The coating of Rewinding blade:

TiN, A1TiN,TiCN TiA1N, TiCN, CrN.DLC etc
