Cable Reel Powered Self-propelled Rail Transport Car

The cable reel powered rail transport car is one kind of self-propelled railway transporting machine. The power offering concept is that the AC 380V power source is directly transmitted to the electrical box by cable, and then the power gets through the electrical control system and gets to the traction motor to control the cart to start, stop, move forward and move backward.



The cable is collected and released by coiling device mounted underneath the transfer cart. For this kind transfer cart, the PLC system is available to realize full automatic operation.



The series cart can be applied in environment such as severe environment, high temperature working or anti-explosive environment.



It is very popular tools for material handling within warehouse or bay to bay due to its low cost price and sample structure.

It has no limited on using time and loading capacity. Compared with BDG series rail powered transfer cart, this cable powered transfer cart has no strict requirement about the erection of rail.

It is more suitable to high suing frequency and long running distance. According to the length of running distance, different cable reel will be adapted to meet the working request. If the running distance is longer than 50m, one arranger will be added to help rolling the cable.
