Steam heat exchanger

Steam heat exchanger is the direct steam heat exchange equipment which is primarily used for rising the temperature of oil-gas-water three-phase mixture from oil well to ensure the three phase test separator to work under the normal temperature. The operating principle is as the following, the steam gas from the steam generator enters directly into the shell of heat exchanger with pressure and heats up the coil directly and thus the media in the coil was heated up indirectly. The coil is divided into two sections, the upstream section and the downstream section in between is an adjustable nozzle to adjust the flow rate of the fluid in the downstream coil so as to realize the more sufficient heat exchange.
