Anilox as the printing roller of packaging, flexo, gravure and coating has been used for a long time, the ink cell will be blocked by ink, paint,u00a0paper scraps or other dirt, which would affect the normal use of the machine and decline the quality of printing. Therefore, it need to be cleaned in time. Otherwise, it will cause serious blocking so that the machine can't be normally used or even the roller has to be scrapped.

With advanced Germany technology and years of experiments, the anilox roller cleaning machine is configured with stepless speed transmission, which makes the anilox roller rotate with proper sequence in high-frequency-signal washing pool. The vibration of high-frequency signal and the rotation of anilox roller keep the small bubble moving close to the roller, rubbing through the ink cell, flushing the roller and the ink and other blockages in the ink cell.

This makes the blockages inside shake and fall off from the ink cell, so as to achieve a deep cleaning but cause no damages to the anilox roller.

Also it can provide pure water rinse and drying service after cleaning according to customer's different requirements.
