Crosshead and crosshead guide made from ASTM A48-83 meehanite with abrasion resistance and long service life. Beside F-1500 mud pump that is cylindered structure, upper and lower guide structure are used for other mud pumps, so that the concentricity can be adjusted by adding space under the lower guide. Flange-bolts with pinhole fit are used for connecting crosshead to extension rod, avoiding slip. coupling is used for the connection of crosshead and extension rod. Light coupling make the joints more reliable and easier.
