    Integrated taper oxygen lance meets steel melting requirements with the following performances:



    1. Increasing storage of cooling water in the high heat radiation zone and improving cooling effect. The position where 4-6 meters from the oxygen lance's nozzle above is the taper body which can store more cooling water compared to ordinary oxygen lance to achieve better cooling effect for the lance body.



    2. Reducing slag hanging and dry slag at the taper surface. Integrated taper oxygen lance has certain angle conical surface where there are slag hanging and dry slag. In this case, they will fall automatically down from the conical surface because of the steel slag dead load and the cooling performance of lance body even if slag hanging and dry slag phenomenon exost in steel-making process. Thus, there are less slag hanging and the dry slag, even no hanging and dry slag phenomenon.



    3. Reducing the replacement frequency of outer pipe of taper oxygen lance, labor intensity of steelworker and steel-making production cost. As a result of the use of taper outer pipe, the cooling performance is obvious, slag hanging and dry slag reduce, burning loss of outer pipe reliefs, service life lengthen, which reduce the replacement frequency of outer pipe of taper oxygen lance, saves resources for steel plants and reduces the production cost.



    4. Adaptable to high-intensity oxygen supply environment, increasing production efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption. As a result of the use of taper outer pipe, the cooling performance is obvious, slag hanging and dry slag reduce so that normal cooling effect of nozzle can be guaranteed and oxygen jet flow can be stirred normally, which is avoided being eliminated by more intense condition in the furnace even if in high-strength smelting environment.



    5. Extending service life of oxygen lance.
