(1)Shaft,the roughness is 0.8 microns,the diameter is bigger 0.01mm than bearing inner diameter,Ensure the axial displacement and axial load.

(2)Tube is roller special pipe,the thickness from 2.75mm to 5mm,ovality between 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm ,produced roller runout between 0.5 to 0.7mm.

(3)The bearing is roller special double seal,the bearing inner race have V-groove,grease is Imports grease, temperature range of minus 40 degrees to 180 degrees above zero, bearing dustproof and waterproof , gap is C3, the noise of 39-42 db.

(4)The seal is DT II standard 7 items,including 4 pieces POM and 3 pieces steel seal,note 2/3 of the Great Wall lithium grease,could dustproof and waterproof.

(5)The snap is 2mm thickness,and 65M spring steel material.

(6)We use machine to polish to make sure the surface smoothly,make sure good painting.We have common paint and baking paint ,the baking paint film hard,greaseproof acid proof ,strongly adhesive and elegant ,have different colors.

(7)Packing :roller in bagging and then packed in cartons.
