2. Heat affected zone to cutting work piece is less than 0.2mm, which will not lead to thermal deformation or change in material microstructure.
3. Proprietary technology: model profiling is applied to the machine, which is suitable to the cutting of rail verge of any curve radius without doing any harm to the base metal.
4. The main engine is computer programming-controlled. Arc ignition can be realized by putting the machine into uniform motion and the machine can be stopped by arc extinction, which can avoid burn of the base metal.
