2. Material:

Fan housing: strength galvanized steel with thickness 0.9mm~1.0mm (Stainless steel for option)



Shutters: Strength galvanized steel with thickness 0.5mm (Stainless steel for option).

Good seal performance, prevent rain come into the fan and easy to remove and maintenance.



Fan Propeller: Strength galvanized steel with thickness 1.35mm~1.5mm

Stainless steel with thickness 1.35mm~1.5mm

Aluminum with thickness 2.0mm

6pcs blades of propeller made from CNC punch. Rational angles of the blades to supply huge airflow and low noise.



Motor: Die casting aluminum body of motor to supply low cost.

Die casting iron body of motor is good for heat transfer.

The motor with over-load protection inside, and adopt Copper wires. Low noise and long working life .



Belt Pulley: Be made by strength die casting aluminum with once-forming press. Smooth surface of the groove to supply low noise and huge airflow, and extend the working life of the belt.



Motor pulley: Be made by die casting iron with smooth surface treatment. It can extend the working life of the belt and supply low noise & huge airflow.



Bearing: Imported auto bearing to ensure stable operation for the fan propeller and low noise.



V-Belt: be use USA u201cGATESu201d belt to supply performance of high strength & good ductile.



Powder coating: We are able to supply whole fan surface with powder coating treatment. It is ideal for anti-corrosion.



Screws & Nuts: Be used stainless steel or blacking treatment to ensure antirust performance.



3. Special designs

** Shutters Open-closing system.

The shutters with counterweight, it supplies automatic system of open-closing for the shutters. Excellent manufacture techniques for the shutters and the system to make sure the shutters open and close smoothly, at the same time, the each shutter seals tightly when they closed.



** Cable outlet: The cable outlet is on the back of the fan, itu2019s more convenience for installation.



** Shutters open handle: The fan has a handle can open shutters by manual when the power turned-off.



** Handles on left and right side of fan: The left and right side of fan with handle, itu2019s convenience for the fan move and installation.
