The line includes bottle unscrambler , high speed spray filling and capping machine

The bottle unscrambler is round bucket unscrambler. Poured the disorderly bottle into the bucket . When bottles are transported out, they are in order and the mouth is upwards. Then they will goes to the transition turntable which has double track. Through the turntable the bottles enter to the filling and capping parts. The machine adopts linear filling. After filling it will finish adding nozzle and capping in turntable. There are two choices:component positioned capping or vacuum suction the nozzle and adding it. Then it finish correction and capping task. The line is used for medical, chemical and food industries.
