Automatic toy filling machine

The toy stuffing machine is used for pillows, cushions and sofa pads, large size plush toys soft stuffing productions.
The suitable material is 2 or 3 dimensional hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the raw material into the opening component automatically which will save a big labor cost.
The whole line include bale opener, fiber opener, blending machine, toy filling machine, transport blower and PLC control cabinet.
