Automatic Bottle Unscrambler ( PET Bottle)

Automatic bottle unscrambler is suitable for ordering the disordered plastic bottles automatically. The disordered bottles are entered into bottle storage section of automatic bottle sorter by the empty bottle elevator. Subsequently, the disordered bottles are dropped into bottle grooves for locating their position by the pushing force from rotary disk, and the disordered bottles will be ordered into bottles upward and upright under the help of bottle turnover device and air flow. The ordered bottles will be out and entered into next step. This equipment adopts PLC computer control, frequency control to adjust production capacity easily. Otherwise, It equips with rejecting device to remove the compressed or deformed bottles.

1). Speed reducer of main machine adopts torsion limited mechanism to avoid damage when be in breakdown.









2). Adopts two-time press and arrange mechanism to assure that each falling position has bottle and improve bottle outputting efficiency.







3). Adopt holding neck of bottle to transportation by air, avoiding bottle overturn in transit.
