The wall board, produced by our production line machine/ equipment, has advantages and good features as follows:



1, Light weight

Materials like special cement, other inorganic materials and additives are mix to become the slurry, and the air is added into the mixture to bring into being numerously single micro-porous board like the honeycomb, making the product become lighter than wood, can float on the water.



2, Fire resistance

Shenzhen Lvneng Technology wall board: raw materials and products are inorganic, and cannot be burnt. Experiments show that, the fireproof capacity of the 9cm-thickness wall board can last at least 3 hours. Therefore, they can be widely used as the firewall.



3, Sound insulation performance

According to the thickness of the wall and the surface treatment in different ways, the sound insulation of our wall is more than or equal to 50 db. At the same time, it is also a good sound-absorbing material, and, the air is filled into the wall board, thus greatly improving the sound insulation effect of the product.



4, Environment friendly

Because the product is without soil and some other consumption and the production can utilize industrial waste, it is a good product beneficial to the country and the people. By the state ( protection) test report conclusion: according to the "building materials radionuclide limits" requirements for testing, internal exposure index is of 0.05, and external exposure index is of 0.33, so its production and use are unrestricted, and it is a king of building material truly friendly to the environment.



5, Accuracy

The size of the wall board is precise. After the installation, the surface is flat, and the length and size can be arbitrarily cut subject to your request, so the installation is very convenient.



6, High strength

Because of the addition of antiseptic short fiber framework, the slurry is hardened and combined with the fiber together as one, greatly enhancing the bending strength and impact performance. The Institute of building research detects: building materials are in line with national standards JP/T169-2005.
