SQUAREu00ae LIM39XXAG/BG is high transparence,high strength and high tear strength 2-part liquid silicone

rubber,suitable for injection molding processes,catalyzed by platinum

The safe operating period is 5days under airproof condition and 20u00b0C,after mixing component A and B.

The safe operating period will decrease with the increasing of the temperature.

5) Storage: Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 27u00b0C). SQUAREu00ae LIM39XXAG/BG has a shelf life of 360 days. The ready to use LIM39XXAG/BG should be kept tightly closed, if it doesnu2019t , it will affect the shelf life.

6) How to use:

Ready-to-use mixtures(component A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer. The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1:1) is injected into the heated mould at the mould temperature of 160-200u00b0C,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.

7) Packaging: SQUAREu00ae LIM39XXAG/BG is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
