The principle of operation of the steam generator is based on high-frequency (70-120 kHz) electromagnetic heating of the metal, the heating body is a stainless metal, mesh placed in a quartz tube, having end caps with holes for water inlet and steam outlet. Capacity and temperature of steam is regulated by a microcontroller which monitors all operating modes of the unit. Water supply is provided by a self-priming high-pressure pump up to 30 bar, the system pressure is nominal – 10 bar. The maximum pressure is 16 bar. The protection system has 4 sensors: two sensors of the presence of water, two temperature sensor.

Pressure sensor, relief valve for 16 atmospheres (adjustable), the protection is registered programmatically in the controller, controls the process of Italian metering pump, with voltage drops will decrease performance and no more. The equipment is suitable for all standards of interference. Power factor 0.96-0.98. tmax = 1700
