Q - Can I use cling film in the microwave?
A - Yes, providing the cling film does not come into direct contact with the food. It's great for use as a lid-ding agent - covering containers and reheating plated meals. For best results place film over container, pierce or turn back corner of film to allow steam to escape.

Q - Can I use cling film in the freezer?
A - Yes. It's ideal for separating small items such as fish, chops, steaks, burgers, cakes etc. before over-wrapping into storage bags or boxes, so they can be removed individually. It won't cling very well, once it comes out of the freezer.

Q - Is cling film safe to use?
A - All our cling films meet EU set levels for migration, however PVC cling film should not be used for wrapping pure fats (products like lard and butter). For pure fats we recommend you use all purpose cling film.

Q - What is the difference between PVC and PE Film?
A - PVC is the film of choice for the majority of professional caterers as it has the best cling properties and is suitable for 95% of all food use. PE film is a lower cost alternative but lacks the cling properties of PVC.
