General usage:Screen Printing, Pad Printing

1, Screen panting:300-420 meshes. If oily to rigid polyurethane adhesive shave used, the effect will be better.

2, Dilution:

(1) This series of printing ink uses TX-083 for dilution. A dosage of 10% to 15% can produce the best meshes blocking resistance effect. When printing fine print impression.

(2) Pad can be used TX-019 to open the oil thinner to dilute printing



3, Clean: use the T018(advanced),T011（General）or T011D（High-strength dissolved） to clean the screen meshes

4, Brightness: standard color card or depends on the requirements of the customers

5.Drying time:Baking temperature of 120-150 ℃,15-20 minutes

6, Color and oil: the color samples are provided or use the international PANTONE color card.

Attentions

1. When used according to relative sanitary regulations and safety codes, it does not do any arm to the body. However, be careful not to attach any essence to the skin and eyes. As using other chemical products, do wash it with clean water or acquire prompt medical treatment when encounter with imprudent spillage.
