Application

VPS Vacuum Pumping System is widely used in various types of large-scale transformer installation and maintenance for high-efficiency vacuum drying and vacuum oiling. Quick air pumping, energy consumption, LCD display, mobile and flexible features. The leakage rate of the unit is less than 1%, the vacuum system is equipped with anti-oil-back device and phase sequence automatic commutation system to prevent the vacuum pump from reversing.

VPS Vacuum Pumping System adopts air-cooled German Leybold rotary vane vacuum pump and roots  pump, working vacuum is 50Pa and max working vacuum up to 10 Pa in the running, the ultimate vacuum is 1-3Pa. It has features of quick start, high pumping speed, stable performance, easy to operate.

Technical performance

1. Applying for vacuum drying and vacuum measurement of transformers, tap changers, auxiliary switches and other electrical equipment

2. Cooling type: natural air-cooled. The vacuum pump exhaust port is provided with device for condensing and collecting moisture.

3. The control system has the perfect protection and alarm functions with phase sequence, phase, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage detection and protection of all faults are the corresponding warning light prompt.

4. VPS Vacuum Pumping System uses automatic control function, the roots pump automatically starts.
