    Unique formula of double alloy spray welding on the surface of the screw can prolong the service life of the screw effectively.

    Product Details:

    Conical twin screw is suitable for all kinds of PVC power extruding. It can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipe material, profiled material, board material, sheet material, bar material, granulation and PE wood plastic.

    The screw has applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by wind cooling system. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller. Thus ensure each extruder device be exactly the same. The design of the screw has introduced advanced design techniques of variable pitch and variable depth. The materials can be more softly sheared and compressed while transporting along the screw to meet the actual requirement.



    Technical Parameters:

    Material: high quality alloy steel is selected from international well-known manufacturers, 38CrMoAlA and 42CrMo are sent to medium frequency quenching. 9Cr18MoV are sent to vacuum quenching.

    Heat treatment: the raw material is treated by several heat treatment procedures such as quenching, tempering, qualitative,, nitride treatment, etc. to achieve the technical requirements of HB>=280, Nitride hardness (HV)>=980, Nitride thickness between 0.45mm and 0.65mm, Nitride frangibility<=Class 2.

    New material: To meet requirements from different customers, new materials, such as: SKD11, SKD61, etc., are sent to vacuum quenching treatment, then twice nitride treatments, thus to achieve higher abrasion performance.

    Abrasive performance: Screw surface is spray welded by nickel-based alloy powder or tungsten carbides class alloy powder to improve screw abrasion performance and prolonging its service lif.
