2. PLC PANASOIC , PANASONIC transducer , WENVIEW monitor from Taiwan, sensor AUTONICS Made in south korea. The main electric parts can running more than 50,000,000 times.its automatic running realize transportation ,speed up - press glass --- two or three pieces of glass & differernt sizes of glass .it adjust the size of different glass by servo moter, it is high auto and more exact running.

3. The front box is vaccume , the back box is pneumatic driving. It can deal with two or three pieces of glass and curtain walls .

4. when press it is control by mechanical hand ( mechanical position & suck part from Taiwan) , all this make the press right position will not dislocation.

5. when press, the glass will leave the transportation rolle to do in this way it will longer the life time of transportation roller and will not break the glass.

6. the speed is 45 M per minute and it has glass waiting process ,its high effection will produce 900 pieces of glass in 8 hours.

7. the frame is welding from 2.75 mm international rectangular pipe, high strength of frame and it will not change the shape.

2. washing machine :

1. The washing part was welding by stainless stell ,it is high strength and shape will not change ;the top parts made from 3mm thick stainless steel ; the bottom is made from 5mm thick stainless steel ,the lateral is made from 2mm thick stainless steel.

2. two step wash + three sprayer + absolute clean water spaying room , clean glass very well and high speed.

3. The circle hot wind down the noice come from the machine( in winter the hot wind temperature can reach 40 degree even no heating).
