Autoamtic liquid filling and capping machine

Filling parts:

This parts adopts piston pump, which is suitable for all kind liquid materials, with high filling speed and high filling precision.

The parts adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes adjustment, we set several procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3, mode 4``` Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.

To ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we adopt neck-block device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.

The filling nozzles are specialized made with vacuum back flow device to be leakage-proof.

All the material contact parts adopt SS316L, anti-corrosive! And SS304 for frame of the machine.

Equip float valve level controller in the buffering tank to feed material automatically!



Capping parts:(with pressing and screwing caps two function, pls kindly confirm with me your cap is pressed or screwed)

This parts has two functions: pressing and screwing caps; if just need screw caps, turn off the pressing part; if need to press caps, just need to turn off pressing part; it also can press and screw caps at the same time.

It adopts eletromagentic shake the feeder, the cap shakes in the feeder, then fallen to the given trial, when the bottle passes this equipment, the mouth of bottle take away the cap, there is a fixed equipment at the bottom of the bottle, locking the bottle, so it can endure the bottle not to turn over or overflow, so can endure the efficiency of capping, then it quickly cover spinning in the function of cam, because the cover spinning head is special used for the cap, it can prevent the cap damaging. The capping head adopts magnetic moment; it will skid automatically to avoid overtight, so the caps will never be damaged, and it can last long time without change anything.

Different volume adjustment

The machine piston is driven by servo motor. To adjust the filling volume, just input the data in the touch screen. High efficiency!



Bottle position correct device

To ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we adopt neck-block device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.

Installation and Debugging

The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyer's side(round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging.
