2.Easy to design --- according to different requirements, you can focus on the bending stiffness ( passenger floor) , flexible flame retardant ( interior panels ) , impact resistance and high tensile strength (bottom panels) , the width and thickness of the structure can also be customized.

3.Micro-foam technology --- adopt micro-foam technology in heart layer, it can decrease density and improve the stiffness whilst it achieves good effect of sound insulation and noise. Thereby, improve vehicle NVH performance. The heart micro-foaming can absorb plenty of impact and collision energy. Moreover, it can improve impact resistance of composite structure board efficiently.
