Material Feature:

1. Housing: 0.25-0.35mm cold-roll steel, hardness more than 140, with electrostatic powder coated finish, good anticorrosion performance, not easy to wear, no changing color within 8 years;

Design Feature:

1. The bottom and the cover of the bracket are all made of new rolling forming process, edge treatment, compared with the traditional stamping process, ensure the material thickness and characteristics of the products, increase the overall hardness above 50%, a better structure;
2. The bottom of the bracket ends are keeping the standard 20mm diameter holes, convenient support series by PVC tube
3. The side of the bracket maintains the traditional plane design, increasing stent volume of space for bigger control gears;
4. According to the international safety standard requirements, the bottom of the bracket increased two stiffeners 3mm outward, ensuring that the power supply driving far from the mounting surface 3mm;
5. The cover increased two sets of plastic buckle, which increased the stent appearance decoration, also replaced the transmission screws lock;

Installation Attention:

1. the fixtures are ceiling luminaires, can be ceiling mounted, or hanging;
2. Taking off the cove from the bottom, mounting on the lamp holders, fixed bottom on the expansion screw sleeve of the mounting surface by long enough screws, and tighten the screws; or fastening with the lifting rope the suspender; guiding the electric power into the terminal, putting back the cover, mounting on the lamp;
3. The fixtures have IP20 protection class only, no water-proof and explosion-proof function, only be installed indoor or the place where is no rain, cannot be directly installed in the combustible material surface or covered by insulating material;
