Techniques and quality of main parts of honing machine

The honing machine is mainly composed of a machine frame,base,work platform,guide rod, electric elements and hydraulic station.

1.The machine frame and base are all made of square steel,and steel plate etc by means of welding.After welding,they are subject to heat treatment and annealed,then subject tohigh-temperature artificial aging treatment(the temperature is as high as 580 C.The machine frame and base are kept in the furnace until the temperature decreases to 200 C .And then they are cooled in the air out of the furnace),which can make sure the machine frame and base are not deformed in 6 or 8 years.

2.Work platform:made of angle steel, and steel plate etc by means of welding.No.45 track surface has been subject to quenching and tempering treatment,which can provide the work platform with great abrasion resistance.

3.Guide rod :made of 40Cr. The ready -made guide rod is subject to HRC45-50 high-frequency quenching treatment,with surface coated with chrome 0.08-0.1mm,a chrome layer hardness of HV900-1100,and a service life of 5 years.

4.Electric elements:are all Mitsubishi electric elements (including motor-operated switch,sensor,control box,and PLC programmer etc).

5.Hydraulic station:The hydraulic elements are all from such famous brands as KOMPASS,and Yuci Yuken and Beijing HuaDe etc. The accessories are from Liming ,DER and so on in China. Spray acid proof paint to the inside of oil tank after it is cleaned with acid,which can keep the oil tank clean. The operating motor is from Dongguan Motor while the oil pump is form SAMEKV.The above -mentioned can ensure that our honing machines are of high quality,so,welcome to buy our products.
