u00b7 The table base and the lathe bed are fixed in the foundation respectively. The crossbeam, equipped with vertical railhead, moves on the guide rail of the upright post with automatically hydraulic tightening .The railhead feeds and moves on the crossbeam horizontally, and the ram feeds and moves on the vertical compound rest.

u00b7 The major parts of the machine include lathe bed ,table base, table, crossbeam, compound rest, side head case, feeding case and main drive gear box which are casted with the procedure high strength cast iron and resin sand and eliminated residual stress by perfect technology for heating processing. All parts have rational structure and are equipped with enough stiffening rib plates to make machine with high strength, rigidity and stability.

u00b7 Table uses the long axis of the structure and high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing centering in the radial direction. The inner circle is of 1:12 taper and radial clearance can be adjusted to ensure the rotary accuracy of table.

u00b7 Beams make vertical take-off and landing exercises at guide rail of column. Vice-Worm Gearbox and lifting screw are driven by a AC motor. Beam's clamp and relaxation are performed by hydraulic pressure and drift.

u00b7 Machine tools supply rails and lubricate for beam and other moving sites by concentration of fixed-point.
