The characteristics of our company produced are as follows:

1 They all adopt the double-return-line hydraulics principles. The pistons' goes in and out and the moulds loosening and tightening are all forded by the hydraulics motors power. It moves smoothly and return fast and will never let the spring return or the moulds opening and unlocking. The hydraulic system is designed all together so it is easy to press different kinds of unique elbows. On the controlling of pressing and crimping parts, we also change the traditional ways of only by adjusting the pressure to with dial regulator whose accuracy can reach 0.01mm.

2 The double-return-line hydraulic circuit system consists of 5 parts, such as motor, pillars pump, electromagnetic valve, pressure regulating valve, and hydraulic control valve that the can drive and reverse. For the fast returning, we have installed one quick oil drain channel, and much more the speed can be adjusted, and the noise and pressure of the system can be reduced.

3 On the electrical control system, the control circuit was integrated plated and it was easy to overhaul, convenient to maintenance and simple to change.
