Cylinders adopt forging cylinder which forged by 45# round steel. Imported oil seals to ensure sealing of high-speed punching and long life.Pumps adopt original imported axial piston pump with high-pressure and low noise. Hydraulic valve block uses our self-developed integrated valve blocks, solenoid valves are made of German REXROTH and two way cartridge valves use China famous brand Jining Taifeng.The electric system apply PLC centralized control.

The driving part of this machine uses hydraulic mode and has the advantages of hydraulic press and mechanical press.Pressing force can be adjusted at will. Overload will not occur.It can realize pressure keeping and time delay requirements during pressing.And In order to realize high-speed punching,the machine uses energy accumulator.
