PRODUCTION LINE OF GYPSUM 3D PANELS ROSTEHNO 3D PANELS APL-240

The line is meant for the production of gypsum 3D panels used in interior decoration and improvement of facades of buildings.

With the help of special technology, it is created a plaster mixture, saturated with air, which can significantly save on raw materials, and also reduce the weight of the finished product twice. It is also possible to add additives to accelerate the process of setting the material. High-quality German homogenizer from the company M-TEC makes it possible to saturate the mixture with air, while avoiding the occurrence of large bubbles.

Further, the mixture is poured into molds on a circular conveyor in automatic mode, which is determined on the control panel with a touch screen. Manual labor is needed only by removing the finished product from the mold, although you can discuss the automation of this process.
