Moplen HP
Moplen HP is a polypropylene homopolymer. With its high clarity, high slip and anti-blocking properties, it is especially suitable for water-quenched tubular film (IPP). Potential end use applications include packaging for hosiery, shirts, other textiles and food.
Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH)
Polypropylene is an economical material that offers a combination of outstanding physical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties not found in any other thermoplastic.
Compared to Low or High density Polyethylene, it has a lower impact strength, but superior working temperature and tensile strength.
Polypropylene provides excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack.
Polypropylene is available in two basic types as either homopolymer or copolymer material. Although similar in many respects each type exhibits distinct differences in both appearance and performance.
Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) is the most widely utilized.
PPH offers a high strength to weight ratio and is stiffer and stronger than copolymer, this combined with good chemical resistance and weld ability allows this material to be used in many corrosion resistant structures.
Application:
Pipes
Transparent packaging
House ware household products/ household appliances
Fruit box
Beverage bottle
Microwave cooker
Water bottle
Detergent bottle
Personal care packaging
Polypropylene Copolymer (PPC)
Polypropylene is available in two basic types as either homopolymer or copolymer material. Although similar in many respects each type exhibits distinct differences in both appearance and performance
Polypropylene Copolymer (PPCP) is a colorless solid in granular form with no odor.
It is non-reactive with environment
PPC is a bit softer but have better impact strength, is tougher and more durable than homopolymer polypropylene.
PPC tends to have better stress crack resistance and low temperature toughness than homopolymer at the expense of quite small reductions in other properties.
Product Usage
Polypropylene Copolymer (PPCP) is widely used in Plastic Processing Industry to:
Make variety of Products such as Packaging Films, sheet, Boxes, Containers, Bags, FIBC,
Home Ware, Home Care, Personal Care & Hygiene Combs, Brushes, Medicals & Surgical Equipment,, Auto motives, Furniture’s’, Industrial Products and article of day to day usage.
