Nitrile rubber/NBR

Nitrile rubber (NBR) is copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It's characterized by good performance in resistance to gasoline and aliphatic hydrocarbon oils, which only comes after polysulfide rubber, acrylic and fluorine rubber, and superior to other general-purpose rubber. It's also featured with good heat resistance, airtightness, abrasion resistance and waterproof, and strong bonding power. The drawback is that it is less resistant to cold and ozone, low strength and elasticity, poor resistance to acid and polar solvents , and electrical insulation also is not good. Operating temperature range: about -30 ~~ +100 . Mainly used in the manufacture of various oil products, such as oil hose, and sealing products.
