Side antenna and yarn feeder :

Simple treading,very convenient,intermittent yarn storage and feeding machine,can balance yarn-feeding tension flexibly according to different tensions while feeding yarn, and get the same knitting coil. New style side antenna.



Transformation of multi-needle distances :

Applicable to different patterns, variable needle distance.



Variable stitch density :

When special requirement or shapping knitting exists,coil can be changeable in the same knitting row, high-quality weave products can be produced.



Main roller and vice roller :

Main roller applies high-location dermatotome drawing,and also equiped with drum-type vice-roller traction, which makes wide and narrow widths adjustable automatically and reaches to the best takedown pullinging force.

Yarn-supply system: installed 16 tension antennas with the fountions of big knot machine stop and small knot low speed, equiped 4 flat knitting intermittent yarn storage an feeding machine.

Knitting speed: 255 levels speed, max 1.2m/sec.,are available for different needle distances and knitting conditions.



Variable stitch density: computer program allows stitch adjustment at the same weaving row.

Cloth rolling device: mainly apply high-location dermatotome drawing, 255 levels towing forces, slight adjustment on 0-99, automatic openning and closing,equipped with drum-type vice-roller traction.



Auto-stop device: stop automatically with sound and light signal when yarn breaking, splicing,cropping,fabric releasing,needle breaking, over current, roll back,wrong racking, improper sinker, needle collision, excessive yarn, p iece count, etc.

Variable needle distance: different eweaving needle distances are avaiable on the same needlebar, no need to change the cam when change the big pinhook and samll one.
