At present, the fluorine-containing series varieties in the global electronic special gas market account for about 30% of its total, and the fluorine-containing electronic special gas is mainly used as a cleaning agent, etching agent, and can also be used for dopants, film-forming materials, etc.

Typical conventional fluoro-containing electron gases include CF4, C2F6, C3F8, C4F8, C4F6, CHF3, SF6, NF3, etc., due to the atmospheric life of traditional fluoro-containing gases and GWP Higher, the damage to the ozone layer is larger, in the framework of the "Kyoto Protocol" facing a gradual reduction or even ban, the development of new, safe, environmentally friendly fluoro-containing electronic gases has become a domestic and foreign research and industrialization hotspot in recent years, the current new low GWP fluoro-containing gases mainly include COF2, ClF3, F2 and so on.

Electronic fluorinated liquid, mainly used as a solvent, cleaning agent, cooling working fluid in smart equipment or semiconductor processing processes. In recent years, the scale of electronic products has expanded and the degree of integration is getting higher and higher, in order to ensure the quality of electronic products, the electronic product cleaning industry has also developed rapidly, the early electronics industry usually uses CFC for cleaning, but it will cause ozone layer destruction and is banned, and CFC alternatives such as trichloroethylene (TCE), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC), n-bromopropane ( nPB) is still prone to environmental pollution, so it can only be used as a transitional alternative cleaning solvent, and it is urgent to adopt a more environmentally friendly cleaning scheme. Electronic fluorinated liquid is mainly used to develop solutions with low GWP and zero ODP, including foaming agent, cleaning agent, coolant and other fields.At present, the main scheme is hydrofluoroether, hydrofluorocarbons and other chemical compositions with hydrocarbons, common are hydrofluoroether, hydrofluoroolefins, chlorofluoroolefins, fluoroketones, such as trifluoroethyl tetrafluoroethyl ether (HFE-347, hydrofluoroether HFE-7100, tetrafluoroethyl tetrafluoropropyl ether (HFE-458), pentafluorobutane, decafluoropentane, perfluoro ntene, etc. The field of blowing agents has eliminated CFC combined polyethers, gradually polyether polyols, monofluorodichloroethane (HCFC-141b) blowing agents, and developed towards zero ODP solutions, such as HFC-245. By the end of 2021, the domestic hydrofluoroether (HFE-254, HFE-374, HFE347, HFE-458) production capacity will reach 2400 tons. By 2023, the production capacity is expected to reach 7300 tons.

Fluorine-containing coolant has the characteristics of chemical stability, non-combustible, non-explosive, low dielectric constant, etc., mainly used in semiconductors, data centers, chemical industry, aerospace and other fields, of which the more popular is for immersion coolant cooling technology. In the context of the current "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the future "energy consumption indicators" and "carbon emission indicators" It will become the core competitiveness of big data centers. Immersion coolant cooling technology can not only greatly reduce data center energy consumption, but also further save space and meet the future development trend of big data centers. Immersion cooling is the use of high insulation characteristics of fluoride fluid, the server heating device is completely immersed in the fluorinated liquid, through direct contact with the fluorinated liquid and circulating heat transfer, to the server efficient heat dissipation, can no longer rely on fans, air conditioning these inefficient ways to dissipate heat, energy saving more than 70%, so that the PUE value of the data center reaches 1.07, approaching the theoretical limit value of 1.0 , greatly improving the efficiency of energy use. At present, fluorine-containing coolants mainly include hydrofluorother, perfluoropolyether, perfluoroamine compounds, etc. China has a number of fluorine chemical enterprises with large-scale production of fluorine-containing coolants, including hexafluoropropylene oligomers, perfluoromeths and so on. By the end of 2021, the domestic perfluoropolyether production capacity will reach 500 tons. By 2025, the production capacity is expected to reach 10,000 tons.

Fluorinated electronic coating materials are mainly used in micro or nano coating fields such as anti-fingerprint coating, anti-fouling coating, and electronic moisture-proof coating agent of electronic products. Its composition is mainly fluorine-containing siloxane, fluoroacrylate-containing ester, and fluorine silicone oil. Among them, the fluorine-containing anti-fingerprint liquid is mainly synthesized by using perfluoropolyether as the actual raw material, and it is the fluorine-containing anti-fingerprint liquid of the mainstream electronic screen. Fluoroelectric coating materials have a wide range of applications in China's electronics industry and are indispensable materials for the development of high-end electronic devices. At present, the high-end electronic coating is mainly based on Japanese and American enterprises, such as Daikin of Japan, Asahi Glass of Japan, 3M Company of the United States, Dow Corning, etc., and has independently developed fluorine-containing electronic coating agents in China, including moisture-proof coating agents, anti-fingerprint coatings, mold release agents with perfluoropolyethers and fluoroacrylates as raw materials.
