Medium-frequency induction heating & sintering power supply is a medium-frequency induction heating power supply specially designed for sintering furnaces or melting furnaces adopting graphite heaters. In the entire work process, it adopts high-precision power closed-loop control, the working frequency follows the loaded inductance value changes of the induction coil automatically, with whole-course soft switching control, it has a high reliability. With its power factor more than 0.92, power conversion efficiency higher than 0.96 and multiple control signal selections, it is really an ideal energy-saving power supply substituting for medium-frequency generating sets and SCR medium-frequency melting power supply.
Single-crystal growing furnace induction heating power supply series is convenient to operate and use, has a wide range of phase-lock frequency and adaptable to various induction coils. It can be widely used in the vacuum or non-vacuum sintering furnaces or melting furnaces of graphite heaters.
Product Feature
1. It adopts cabinet-type integrated design.
2. The medium-frequency transformer adopts ultracrystalline alloy materials or high-performance ferrite materials, it is characterized by a small size, low losses and a conversion efficiency above 0.95 and the resonant capacitor adopts dry-type low-loss film capacitor with the loss angle less than 0.02percent.
3. The power device adopts IGBT, works in the LC series resonance mode and its working frequency has a wide adaptation range.
4. It is easy to operate and use with a 100percent starting successful rate and an output power continuously adjustable from 3 to 100percent.
5. It has soft start and soft turn-off functions.
6. Adopting power closed-loop control, it has protection functions such as current-limiting, voltage-limiting, power-limiting and phase-deficient, overcurrent, overvoltage and over-temperature protection functions etc.
7. It has an automatic voltage-limiting function, when the output voltage is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated voltage, the voltage will be limited.
8. It has an automatic current-limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.
9. The power factor is more than 0.92 and the conversion efficiency of power supply is higher than 0.96.
10. With the analog or digital isolated conversion & output of medium-frequency voltage, current, frequency and power and multiple control signal selections, it can communicate with PLC and host computer, which is convenient for monitoring.
